All three bedrooms at the house have recently been freshly painted, and the front entry, living room, upstairs bedroom & sitting room have new carpeting. A new high-efficiency furnace and Nest smart thermostat were just installed in December 2017.  Included in the rent are a refrigerator, dishwasher and gas stove in the kitchen, and washer & dryer and a dehumidifier (for summertime) in the basement.

Living Room

The living room is a comfortable, rustic room with cedar and birch paneling. Sitting in one of the chairs with a cup of coffee and looking out through the picture windows at Lake Superior is a relaxing way to start the day.

Upstairs Bedroom/sitting room
The bedroom in the half story of the house has two windows, one facing Lake Superior. It has cute slanty ceilings, and a closet and built-in dresser. It connects to its sitting room with a sliding door between them. The sitting room also has two windows, slanty ceilings, a closet and built-in dresser.

Downstairs bedroom #1

This room is located downstairs in the finished basement and has a large window facing Lake Superior.

Downstairs Bedroom #2

The left door exits the room and the right door is the closet. This photo shows the new paint.

This photo, although it shows the old paint scheme, gives you a view of the windows and the door to the beach path.
This room has direct access onto the beach via its own door to the beach path. This room is spacious and, being located in the finished basement, is cooler during the warmer summer days.

This full bathroom, is located off the living room in the beach house. As you step out of this bathroom, you will find yourself by the back door leading to the deck and the beach.

Beautiful Views
From the Beach House, you will be amazed by the incredible views. To the east, you will enjoy beautiful sunrises, and to the west, spectacular sunsets. After dark, the Marquette skyline is awe-inspiring, both inside the house and outside, on the beach.

Sunsets are beautiful on our beach.

Long walks on the beach are one of the high points of living at the Beach House.

And of course, having a beach fire is a lot of fun.
