Matt and Amy and family--Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. You have always been a blessing to us in so many ways. Thank you for your generosity.

Thanksgiving 2009

Spent Thanksgiving here with family (some who live here in Marquette). We used to live in this area and moved downstate for medical care. Loved being back as we missed living on the lake and this time would not have been possible without your house. Hope to be back~

We enjoyed the Beach House as we celebrated our daughter's marriage on the 26th. The house was the hub of family parties and celebrations before the wedding--and it also provided a restful place for us to relax alone before returning home.

The weather was perfect and the beach is very hard to leave. We have been at the Beach House in December and July and the views have been fabulous in both seasons.

When our travel trailer was totalled on the 2nd day of our 3 week vacation we were all hopeless and saddened. But God gave us the idea of renting a "cabin" in Marquette and directed us to yours. He was right (of course) :) it was just what we needed to heal and relax. We loved walking on the beach, as well as a cookout there. Even on rainy days watching the waves and listening to them thunder was a joy. Your home is comfortable and we thank you for sharing it with us.

Thank you for sharing the Marquette Beach House with us. We love the UP! The sunsets were amazing and we had sunny, cool weather--it was perfect! Lake Superior was gorgeous and we will treasure the memories we've made here.
