Reservations

• First of all, check our rates and click through our availability calendar on the lower right side of this website.
• Once you've checked to see if your dates are available, send us an email at MarquetteBeachHouse@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to make a reservation.
• Then we'll email you a guest contract and our Beach House Information & Guidelines for you to read.
• Return the signed guest contract, via fax or email.
• We require a $250 security deposit, which will be returned to you within 7 days after you leave the Beach House, assuming everything is left in good order.
• Once we receive the security deposit (we accept PayPal and personal checks, with enough time to clear) and a signed guest contract, your dates will be reserved.
• Cancellation policy: if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date, security deposit is non-refundable (but we will refund it if able to rent your reserved time).
